Tennis Anyone?

New recruits to the Nelvana Animation Sports League are ALWAYS welcome.
But even MORESO are new Recruits for new Leagues under the NASL's mandate!

To the point: WELCOME TENNIS and TENNIS Fans to the newly formed Nelvana Animators Tennis League (or NATL for short).

The first round robin saw three stalwarts brave the torrid heat on the LakeShore Courts of Lake Ontario Arena.

Stan the Slam!
John de Torque!
Fred of Gumby!

And Battle was Joined!
Best 2 out of 3 games was declared the short set champion and faced the challenger. Defeated challengers took pictures of the other two. 8)

To that end, our fledgling league promotes any of its competitors to pick up the digital box and lens and snap away. Next time, we hope to capture some videos! 8)

But for now, the grand Round Robin winner was John de Torque! He held off all challenges and served up a great game.
Stan the Slam lived up to his name and added his superb mobility to his opponents' worries!
